When we were renovating the rooms in 2005 we made a point of retaining the deep-rooted history, disposing of the aberrations introduced in previous decades and carefully creating a modern venue.
Our restaurant has the charm of a traditional pub, while the bar supplies all the needs of the modern day bar-goer.
